A man accused of helping his twin brother cover up the alleged murder of NSW teacher and bride-to-be Stephanie Scott will have his matter mentioned in a Riverina court.
Marcus Stanford, a 24-year-old flower farm labourer, has been charged with being an accessory after the fact to Ms Scott's alleged murder.
Police will allege his brother, Vincent, mailed Marcus property belonging to Ms Scott after allegedly sexually assaulting and murdering the 26-year-old on Easter Sunday.
It will be alleged Marcus assisted his brother by disposing of the teacher's property.
His matter is set down for mention in Wagga Wagga Local Court on Wednesday.
He appeared in Sydney's Central Local Court last week after being extradited from his home state of South Australia and remains behind bars.
