Located in one of the elite addresses in Victoria, the five-bedroom mansion has been sold for $12 million this week
The trophy home was purchased for a record price by new owners Hongmin and Lifang Wang, the Property Observer reports.
It was sold by Kay & Burton real estate agents on behalf of Mark Waldron.
Just last week, a property on nearby Mont Albert Road - also in Canterbury - reportedly sold for $10.6 million and had set the record at the time.
The mansion with palatial proportions has a library, which can also act as the study room, and a marble-surfaced kitchen.
It also features oak parquetry, stone floors, high ceilings, a sweeping staircase, expansive rooms, a home theatre and a spacious entertaining outdoor area.
There's ample garaging which can fit up to four cars along with additional street parking.
A few months ago, a similarly impressive property on the same street sold in February however the price has not been disclosed.
