The security cameras of a Washington D.C. convenience store have captured a group of insolent thugs tearing up the shop, after the cashier refused to sell them cigars because they didn't have identification.
The worker said the young men were not armed but appeared drunk.
At least one was drinking alcohol.
They entered 77 Market in Park View about 5am Saturday.
'I think they were drinking too much alcohol and they smoked something. I don't know,' cashier Esays Woldemesektl told Fox 5.
After asking for cigars, Mr Woldemesektl told the men they needed photo ID in order to buy them.

That's when the mayhem started.
The men started smashing everything in sight.
At one point, one of them grabbed the machine and threw it to the ground, spilling red and blue liquid all over the floor.
The others stole candy and similarly threw things on the ground.
The destruction caused thousands of dollars worth of damage.
However, Mr Woldemesktl is lucky the violence did not turn on him.
He says it took police an hour to respond to his 911 calls.
'I called 5:13 am, 5:25 am, 5:45 am, then they came around in the morning - 6 am or something,' Mr Woldemesktl told Fox 5.
