COP KILLS BLACK MAN . . . AGAIN!! Black Man Was RACIALLY PROFILED . . . OFFICER ILLEGALLY Stopped Him . . . And The Man GOT SO FRUSTRATED That He Attacked The Officer!!

Louisville Metro Police Officer Nathan Blanford shot and killed a Black man, African immigrant Deng Manyoun. Police have already labeled this a "self defense" shooting.

The surveillance video taken from the Smoker's Smoke Shop shows Deng Manyoun swalking on the street as Officer Blanford pulls up. It then shows the officer getting out of the car and talking to Manyoun, in what appears to be a CLEAR CASE of racial profiling. When Deng tried to walk off, he is PURSUED by the officer, who has his HAND ON HIS GUN.

Deng Munyon then walks out of the picture and re-emerges with a flagpole and swings it down near Blanford. Blanford who had his revolver in hand, then fires his weapon and Manyoun falls to the sidewalk outside the shop on Fourth Street, near the intersection.

Blanford, 40, who is white and has been with the department since 2005, remains on paid administrative leave pending an investigation of the shooting, police said.

We're NOT condoning what Deng Munyon did . . . but THIS IS EXACTLY WHY racial profiling should be CRIMINALLY OUTLAWED. The officer had NO RIGHT to stop Deng. When the officer FORCED A CONFRONTATION with the man . . . likely due to Deng's RACE . . . Deng ACTED OUT and was KILLED. If the officer would have just LEFT THE MAN ALONE . . . like the CONSTITUTION mandates . . . he would still be alive.
